Grand Canyon Begins Easing Water Conservation Measures
Grand Canyon National Park began gradually easing water conservation measures today, April 17, due to progressing repairs to the water pipeline pumping to the South Rim.
Beginning today, concessionaire-operated lodging has returned to full capacity. According to GCNP, concessioners will begin reaching out to impacted reservation holders with updated information regarding their stays.
GCNP advises visitors and residents that they should continue to conserve water, as the pipeline is still vulnerable.

Measures that will remain in place include: Fire restrictions parkwide, Mather Campground and Desert View Campground remain open for dry camping only and Camper Services will remain closed.
