According to weather forecasts there is a warning for heavy rain and storms

According to the latest weather forecasts from the Meteorology Department; the inland areas of the Aegean, Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Central and Eastern Black Sea, and a large part of Eastern Anatolia are under the influence of heavy rainfall. The rainfall is expected to be strong in the Inner Aegean, Central and Eastern Black Sea, Bilecik, Isparta, Burdur, Antalya, Eskişehir, Ankara, Çankırı, Kırıkkale, Yozgat, Sivas and Bursa. Strong winds will also be effective along with the rainfall.

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The whole of our country is expected to be partly cloudy and very cloudy, and it is predicted that the Inner Aegean, Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except Karaman), inland areas of the Western Black Sea, Central and Eastern Black Sea, northern Eastern Anatolia and the areas around Balıkesir, Bursa, Sakarya, Aydın, Muğla, Bilecik, Adana, Bingöl, Muş, Bitlis, western parts of Kahramanmaraş and Osmaniye will experience rainfall. The rainfall is expected to be strong; Rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms, are expected in the inner Aegean, Central and Eastern Black Sea regions, Bilecik, Isparta, eastern Burdur, inner parts of Antalya, Eskişehir, Ankara, Çankırı, Kırıkkale, Yozgat and Sivas, and southern Bursa.

Locally strong rainfall is expected in the inner Aegean, Central and Eastern Black Sea regions, northern parts of Ankara and Çankırı, the highlands of the Eastern Black Sea, and northern parts of Eastern Anatolia, with occasional sleet and snow. Winds are expected to be strong and stormy (50-80 km/h) from southerly directions in the inner parts of the Mediterranean, southern and eastern Central Anatolia, inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, and northern parts of Southeastern Anatolia. There is a risk of avalanches and snowmelt in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in sloping areas with high snow cover in Eastern Anatolia.
