Jay Morrish-designed private golf club in Arizona nearly sold out of 10-acre lots

Land is selling quickly at Sterling Ranch in Arizona. Located within Talking Rock, a private golf club in Prescott, this master-planned community has large acreage offerings but there's now just three 10-acre lots remaining.

In all, 44 homesites have sold, including nine of those 10-acre lots and they're all minutes away from the Jay Morrish-designed layout, which opened in 2002, about two hours north of Phoenix.
Situated at about 5,000 feet of elevation, Prescott can be 15 to 25 degrees cooler than the Phoenix metro area, bringing some relief from the triple-digit days of summer. Talking Rock offers golf year-round.

Sterling Ranch is the product of Symmetry Companies, which specializes in luxury residential communities. The 10-acre lots have sold for as much as $1.1 million and have a per-acre average of nearly $130,000, a 120 percent increase since launch and more than double the average of the surrounding areas of Yavapai County. Sterling Ranch is also offering 5-acre and 2½-acre lots.
