In Ordu, a man attacked Adem Demirkale, the secretary of the mayor, with a cleaver at the Aybastı Municipality. The secretary, who suffered a head injury, was taken to the hospital, and camera footage of the horrific attack has emerged.

A horrific attack took place six days ago at the Aybastı Municipality building in Ordu. On April 21st at 10:50 AM, an attacker named Yusuf Doğan went to the Aybastı Municipality and first questioned Adem Demirkale, a municipal employee and the mayor's secretary.

HE STRUCK HIM IN THE HEAD WITH A CLEAVER
The elderly man, targeting Demirkale while his back was turned, pulled out a cleaver he had hidden in his jacket. He struck Demirkale twice in the head with the sharp edge of the cleaver.

TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
The attacker was subdued by other municipal employees, and the secretary was injured. Demirkale, who suffered a head injury, was taken to a hospital in Fatsa by ambulance after initial treatment at the scene.
