In Kocaeli, shots fired from a moving vehicle hit a school. Three suspects were apprehended in connection with the incident, and one was arrested.

An investigation was launched into the shooting from a moving vehicle in the Kartepe district, which resulted in bullets hitting a school.

Following a tip-off, police teams quickly identified and stopped the suspect vehicle.

A search of the vehicle yielded an unlicensed handgun, a magazine for the handgun, and 13 rounds of ammunition.

Legal proceedings were initiated against the suspects, E.Ö., T.E., and S.F.Ç., who were in the vehicle.

After their procedures at the police station, S.F.Ç. was arrested by the court.

The driver, E.Ö., was found to have a blood alcohol level of 1.60 promille and was fined a total of 350,000 TL under the relevant articles of the Highway Traffic Law.
