Two kittens that fell into the canal were revived with cardiopulmonary resuscitation

In Düzce, two kittens that fell into a canal were revived by firefighters who performed CPR.

The incident occurred in the evening in the Konuralp district of Düzce. A grandmother and her granddaughter, who were walking in the area, heard the sound of kittens near the canal. Following the sound, the little girl and her grandmother realized that two kittens had fallen into the canal. The grandmother alerted the fire department, which was dispatched to the scene. The firefighters rescued the kittens from the water and immediately performed CPR, bringing them back to life. The kittens were then taken to the Düzce Municipality Animal Shelter for treatment.

At the Düzce Municipality Animal Shelter, the two kittens underwent veterinary examination, were dried, and their body temperatures were brought back to normal.
