Suspects who set fire to the slide in the children's park were caught on camera

The individuals, who deliberately damaged public property after drinking alcohol in the park late at night, were captured on security cameras, and law enforcement has launched an investigation to identify them. The deliberate arson incident in a public playground in Düzce, Türkiye, has mobilized security forces. On the night of April 6th, in the Kiremit Ocağı neighborhood, two unidentified individuals entered a children's park belonging to the local administration and caused significant damage to the recreation area. The individuals, who apparently consumed alcohol in the area, deliberately set fire to a plastic slide provided for the use of children in the neighborhood, an act recorded moment by moment by nearby cameras.

Crime footage under police investigation
Following the arson, which rendered the playground largely unusable, law enforcement launched a large-scale investigation.
