Following the public outcry over alleged threats at an educational institution in Cipolletti , the Public Prosecutor's Office reported that the courts and child protection agencies are already working on a comprehensive approach to the case. Official intervention began immediately after the on-duty prosecutor received the report and established contact with the authorities of the school involved.

Because the accused adolescent is a minor and therefore not criminally responsible , the criminal proceedings gave way to an urgent intervention focused on prevention and protection. In this context, the Office of the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents took a central role, coordinating actions with the police and the Secretariat for Children, Adolescents, and Families (SENAF).

Interview with the student: there were reported instances of bullying
Today, the Public Defender held an extensive meeting with the young man and his family. The meeting's main objective was to assess the teenager's support network , learn about his personal history, and analyze the context that led to the conflict.

A key piece of information that emerged from the initial interviews is the mention of bullying situations that allegedly affected the child.

Given this scenario, the Ombudsman's Office announced that it will urge the educational institution to address the problem institutionally, working on school coexistence and supporting all those involved to prevent these dynamics from persisting.

Authorities reiterated that, given the minors involved, a strict principle of confidentiality applies . In accordance with current laws (Law 20.056 and National Law 26.061), the dissemination of data, images, or information that could directly or indirectly identify those involved is prohibited, in order to protect their privacy and prevent further exposure.

For the time being, the case continues to be monitored by protection agencies , who are seeking a comprehensive solution that guarantees both the safety of the educational community and the rights and assistance of the adolescent and his family environment.
