Doctors whose clinics were destroyed described the moment of the attack

Following simultaneous Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon, widespread destruction occurred in Beirut, and doctors who survived the attacks said they were preparing to perform surgery on a patient when the attacks happened.

Following simultaneous airstrikes by the Israeli army on various parts of Lebanon, primarily Beirut, widespread destruction occurred in the capital, and search and rescue operations are underway in many areas.

In the capital, a building targeted in the Corniche el-Mezra was completely destroyed, while numerous surrounding structures suffered heavy damage.

Many businesses on the targeted street were damaged, and many vehicles were rendered unusable.

In the area filmed by the AA team, a clinic and operating room in a building adjacent to the targeted building were largely destroyed.

The traces of the attack were clearly visible inside the clinic, with walls shattered, medical equipment rendered unusable, and windows completely broken.

The explosion caused extensive damage to most of the rooms, and a section of the clinic completely collapsed.

"The attack happened suddenly while I was in the clinic"
Dr. Imad Ali Jafar told an AA reporter that the attack happened suddenly, saying, "This room was full of patients. A patient was having surgery here. Yesterday, while I was in the clinic, the attack happened suddenly, it hit right here."

Jafar stated that his clinic was completely destroyed, adding, "There is serious damage in the other rooms as well. Thank God, my secretary, my nurse, the patients, and I were unharmed."

Eyewitness dentist Nancy Itani said they were in the clinic during the attack, stating, "There was a patient, we were about to start work. First there was one attack, then another came. About 5-6 missiles were fired. All the windows on this side were shattered."

Itani emphasized that the greatest consolation was that there were no casualties in the attack, saying, "Thank God we are all well. The material damage is extensive, half of the clinic is destroyed, the other part is heavily damaged. But the most important thing is that we are alive."

Israel's Simultaneous Attacks on Lebanon
The Israeli army carried out approximately 100 simultaneous airstrikes on Beirut and the eastern and southern parts of Lebanon yesterday afternoon without prior warning.

The Lebanese Civil Defense Directorate announced that at least 254 people were killed in these attacks.

These attacks were recorded as the most intense attacks Israel has carried out on Lebanon since March 2nd.
