One person died in the accident where a car and a truck collided

In a collision between a car and a truck in Ağlasun district of Burdur, one person died and four were injured.

The car, with license plate 07 CJJ 403, driven by Abdullah T. (29), collided with a truck, with license plate 07 CDN 405, driven by Bilal Yaşar A. (27), on the Isparta-Antalya road in Çamlıdere village.

Following the report, 112 Emergency Medical Services, gendarmerie, fire department, and AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Authority) teams were dispatched to the scene.

Medical personnel determined that Senanur Turan (26), who was in the car, had died. The car driver, Abdullah T., and Halil İbrahim Ş. (32), R.T. (4), and Ö.A.T. (6) were injured.

The injured were taken to nearby hospitals by ambulance.

Following the accident, gendarmerie teams detained the truck driver, Bilal Yaşar A.

Traffic, which had been controlled and restricted to a single lane, returned to normal after the vehicles were removed.
