The Mersin International Cycling Tour began with the Anamur Bozyazı Aydıncık stage

This year's event, organized under the slogan "From the Plateau to the Sea" and included in the International Cycling Union's calendar, features 130 athletes from 31 countries.

The first stage, started from Anamur Rauf Denktaş Park by Anamur District Governor Kemal Duru, the Mayor of the district Durmuş Deniz, and the Head of the Metropolitan Municipality's Department of Culture, Arts and Social Affairs Tüba Kaya Sanal, will conclude at the Gilindire Cave in Aydıncık district.

The event, covering a distance of 448.5 kilometers, will end with a tour of the city center on April 12th.

Participants will have the opportunity to see the historical and natural beauties of the city, and a total of 19,030 euros in prizes will be distributed to the winners.
